General Terms and Conditions

1. General

At the time of rental, the lessor and the lessee will both check and confirm the condition of the vehicle that is being rented. At the end of the rental period, the vehicle must be in the same condition as the initial conditions, the documents must be returned in full and all the components and accessories supplied to the customer must be returned intact. In case of violation of the agreement, MG interservice s.r.l. has the right to rescind the agreement and pick up the vehicle at any time at the customer’s expense.

2. Lessee’s care

The customer is responsible for any damage to the rented vehicle, theft and disappearance, or damage of each component or accessory. Therefore the customer will have to refund MG interservice s.r.l. with an amount equal to the value of the part that must be repaired or replaced, established on our price lists.

In case of theft or destruction of bike and E-bike the customer will have to refund MG interservice with an amount equal to the 80% of its market price. In case of theft of Vespa MG interservice will take the deposit.
